At our practice, Dr. Glikman and Dr. Berrada work diligently to stay on top of the latest breakthroughs in the field, and they regularly update our office with the most state-of-the-art tools. With us, you can trust that you’re always receiving the very best that 21st-century dentistry has to offer. Read on to learn more about some of the services we offer that you just won’t find at most other dental practices.

TMJ/TMD Therapy

Man holding jaw in pain

Issues with the alignment of the jaw joint, or TMJ, can lead to a wide variety of symptoms and pain such as a stiff, sore jaw and chronic migraines. Diagnosing and treating these kinds of problems, called TMJ dysfunction or TMD, is one of the many specialty services we provide. Dr. Glikman has extensively trained to handle these types of issues, and as a former TMJ patient himself, he’s uniquely qualified to provide our patients with the relief they need.

Digital X-Rays

Dentist and patient looking at x-rays

Traditional dental X-rays were a fantastic tool for a very long time, but digital X-rays leave them in the dust. They can create crystal clear images almost instantly, and they don’t require toxic darkroom chemicals to be developed. Plus, they also expose our patients (and us!) to 90% less radiation, which is perfect for parents with small children. And, because everything is digital, the images can be easily stored, sent, and displayed on a monitor for you to view with your dentist.

3D Cone Beam Scanner

Woman receiving 3D cone beam scans

When we need a little more information about your dental anatomy than what a regular X-ray can provide, we’ll utilize our 3D cone beam scanner. This device is able to create a fully three-dimensional X-ray image of your teeth, jaw, and other surrounding structures. With this kind of image, we’ll be able to gain a deeper understanding of your dental health, spot underlying infections, identify TMJ issues, as well as precisely plan complicated procedures like dental implant placement.

CEREC® Same Day Crowns & Digital Impressions

CEREC bite impressions on computer

Thanks to our CEREC® technology, you can now have a severely damaged or decayed tooth repaired with a custom-made porcelain crown in just one visit. Even better, unlike the traditional way, we won’t need to take a messy dental impression with putty to do it. Instead, we will use a fully digital 3D impression to design and mill your crown in office. The entire process is not only much faster and more comfortable, but really interesting to watch as you relax in the dental chair.

Cirolase Soft Tissue Laser

Woman receiving laser treatment

Using our Cirolase soft tissue laser, now even the most sensitive periodontal (gum) procedures can be performed with relative ease. With it, we can keep the scalpel and sutures safely tucked away! The laser’s highly-concentrated beam of light is able to quickly vaporize harmful bacteria located along the gum line, and it also can remove infected tissue at the same time. Better yet, it can do all of this while leaving the surrounding healthy gums completely untouched, making the entire treatment virtually pain-free.

Sopro Intraoral Camera

Woman and dentist looking at intraoral photos

This handy device will allow you to finally see your smile from your dentist’s point of view. This small, pen-sized camera can be easily maneuvered through the mouth to capture high-resolution images of the teeth and gums we can instantly display on a chairside monitor. With them, we’ll be able to spot small dental issues even faster, plus it will be much simpler for us to explain why we might be recommending a specific treatment.
